Refund policy
Our dahlia tubers come from a lovingly curated rootstock collection that we’ve nurtured here at Hopewell Blooms. Each tuber is grown, divided, and packed by hand, with careful inspections at every stage to ensure the healthiest, highest-quality plants for your garden.
Because tubers are living, perishable items, their success once planted depends on many factors beyond our control — soil, climate, care, and a little touch of nature’s magic.
Our Promise to You
In the rare event that your tuber arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If we agree the tuber is not up to standard, we’ll gladly arrange a refund, including postage.
After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as the health and growth of the tubers are then in your care.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
