When We Ship

Dahlia tubers are shipped seasonally (late autumn and pre-spring) in alignment with the best planting times in New Zealand.

Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days of your shipping window opening.

Delivery Times

We ship nationwide within New Zealand using tracked courier services.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, though rural addresses may take a little longer.

Important Notes

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel promptly, as tubers are live and perishable.

We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
